Granulated Sugar 0.50 cup
Brown Sugar 0.50 cup (Packed)
Large Eggs 1.00 pieces
Vanilla Extract 2.00 tsp
All-Purpose Flour 5.50 oz
Baking Soda 2.00 tsp
Baking Powder 1.00 tsp
Salt 0.75 tsp
Rolled Oats 1.00 cup
Peanut Butter (Creamy) 1.50 cup (For Cream)
Unsalted Butter 6.00 tbsp (For Cream)
Powdered Sugar 2.00 tbsp (For Cream)
Honey 1.00 tbsp (For Cream)

Instructions

  1. In a large stand mixer, mix together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter.
  2. Add vanilla extract. One at a time, add eggs to the mixture and beat on high.
  3. Add the peanut butter and beat on high.
  4. On slowest setting, mix in Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt, Flour, and Oats.
  5. Beat together all ingredients in a separate bowl.
  6. Portion into X gram balls on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 360 Fahrenheit for X seconds.
  8. After cookies cool, apply thin layer of cream with spatula and assemble sandwhiches.
